Spektrum seeks an experienced data governance professional to lead governance activities for NCIA-related programs. The role involves chairing boards, coordinating working groups, and ensuring timely, complete governance submissions across a multinational, defence-oriented environment.

Minimum five years in data governance, strong analytical skills, and experience with KPI reporting are essential. On-site location in Belgium with potential international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• At least five years of experience in data governance or related domains.
• Experience chairing governance boards or working groups.
• Experience reviewing governance submissions for completeness and readiness.
• Experience documenting decisions, actions, risks and minutes.
• Experience defining and reporting data-governance KPIs and data quality indicators.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts including ownership, stewardship and metadata.
• Experience coordinating diverse stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Run Weekly Data Governance Board (DGB) as Data Lead and Chair with ACPV contractor.
• Prepare mature and complete weekly DGB submission packages.
• Document DGB decisions, actions, owners and deadlines; distribute minutes.
• Track and report data governance KPIs and data quality indicators weekly.
• Ensure artefacts are collected per TOR and SOP; maintain traceability.
• Supervise Data Source On-Boarding Working Group (DOWG) and align with priorities.
• Provide monthly ACPV data value reporting and evidence of business benefits.
