Spektrum supports Allied Command Transformation (ACT) and NATO security programmes in Brussels, providing management and coordination for NC3-related capabilities. The role requires on-site engagement with NATO HQ and host nations, including frequent travel and handling of sensitive information.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher, strong project management and stakeholder coordination experience, and a proven ability to operate across multinational security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in programme/project management, ideally with NATO governance model.
• Experience in technical CIS and/or physical infrastructure projects in secure environments.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years in stakeholder management and coordination.

Responsabilités

• Develop security plans and monitor implementation of Projects 1.1.4 and Project Groups 1.2 and 1.3.
• Travel frequently to HNs/THNs sites to coordinate CIS and infrastructure progress.
• Support Programme Director and NC3 Capability Monitor on-site at NATO HQ with stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Coordinate with security offices to ensure NC3 programme alignment with best practices and processes.
• Assist in managing classified materials and in developing relevant sections of Capability Programme Plans.
• Develop and deliver presentations and training on relevant security procedures.
