Trasis is seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategic vision for products, aligning market needs with the company’s capabilities and lifecycle management. You will define and execute plans across markets, collaborating with the BU Manager and cross-functional teams to prioritize development and market access strategies.

You will assess market dynamics, lead competitive monitoring, and guide pricing and profitability while training Sales on new products and functionalities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Science or Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Proficient in analytical tools and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2).
• Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate the product strategy and lifecycle across markets.
• Collaborate with the Business Unit Manager to set the vision for future developments.
• Prioritize development with internal stakeholders and translate market needs into roadmaps.
• Assess market size, dynamics, competition, and growth opportunities.
• Lead go-to-market planning with Marketing and Sales and define pricing strategies.
