Trasis is seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategic vision for products, aligning market needs with the company’s capabilities and lifecycle management. You will define and execute plans across markets, collaborating with the BU Manager and cross-functional teams to prioritize development and market access strategies.

You will assess market dynamics, lead competitive monitoring, and guide pricing and profitability while training Sales on new products and functionalities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Science or Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Proficient in analytical tools and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2).
• Ability to think strategically and manage multiple priorities.

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the product’s strategic vision to best meet market needs. You oversee all efforts to market products and services in the target markets. You are responsible for the product lifecycle, analyzing target markets, and defining and ensuring the successful execution of marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• You collect, analyze, and communicate internal market needs (key stakeholders, competition, market dynamics, and emerging trends), as well as their impact on the company’s products.
• You define, together with the Business Unit Manager, and communicate the strategic vision for future product and service developments or enhancements, taking into account market needs and the company’s capabilities.
• You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to establish development priorities.
• You assess market size and market share.
• You conduct continuous competitive and technological monitoring.
• You identify growth opportunities for the company through new products, new markets, or new partnerships.
• You position new products, plan their launch, and coordinate their go-to-market activities with Marketing and Sales teams.
• You monitor the positioning and performance of existing products, adapt strategies accordingly, and ensure their profitability, including defining their selling price.
• You translate product-related regulatory requirements into actionable information to establish market access strategies.
• You contribute to sales planning and revenue forecasting (business reviews).
• You foster communication, consistency, and alignment among internal stakeholders involved in product strategy, development, marketing, and commercialization.
• You contribute to the development of the communication strategy with Marketing and define, together with Marketing and Sales teams, the key selling points for your products.
• You are responsible for all product- and service-related technical and commercial documentation and ensure its availability and distribution.
• You translate technical product specifications into relevant commercial messages.
• You train Sales teams on new products and functionalities.
• You act as a technical reference to support commercial discussions with customers.

Profile

• You hold a Master’s degree in Science or Civil Engineering.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• You are proficient in analytical tools.
• You have a good command of English (B2).
• You are able to take a strategic, high-level perspective.
• You demonstrate diplomacy and assertiveness.
• You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You have project management experience.
• You are resourceful and innovative.
• You are well organized and able to manage priorities effectively.
• You are customer-oriented and results-oriented.
