TekniPlex Europe nv is seeking a Product Manager to lead and manage its product line using a market-based approach across divisions. You will own end-to-end portfolio strategy, roadmap development and new product introductions with a 3-5 year horizon, aligning with sales, finance and marketing teams.

The role requires strong analytical ability, VOC research experience, and the ability to drive pricing and go-to-market plans while ensuring regulatory and sustainability considerations are embedded

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing or commercial management.
• Experience in packaging, specialty chemicals or other manufacturing industry required.
• Experience working across multiple regions or global organizations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required - Master is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the product plan with current portfolio ownership and future opportunities.
• Analyze portfolio performance metrics and convert data into strategic actions.
• Own the product roadmap with a 3-5 year horizon for new product introductions and portfolio rationalization.
• Establish and monitor launch KPIs including adoption, revenue ramp and gross margin.
• Develop a structured competitive benchmarking framework and VOC research with key partners and customers.
• Monitor regulatory and sustainability trends impacting product formulation and market positioning.
• Support market and business revenue cases and define pricing strategy and rebate governance.
