threon NV in Brussels region is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to guide clients through complex challenges, align initiatives with strategic objectives and deliver tangible impact. You may take on hands‑on delivery or shift toward strategic advisory and coaching, staying close to the client.

As a Senior Consultant, you will help clients optimize how they manage projects, programs and portfolios, translating strategy into execution and supporting right‑sized decisions at the right time.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience in project, program and/or portfolio management.
• Experience as a consultant is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Setting clear priorities across project portfolios and programs, aligned with the client’s strategic goals.
• Listening, challenging and advising stakeholders to improve decision‑making and delivery effectiveness.
• Delivering tailored solutions adapted to each client’s context, maturity and objectives.
• Ensuring strategic alignment between initiatives, resources and business priorities.
• Driving successful delivery, supporting on‑time, on‑budget and value‑driven outcomes.
