Capco is seeking a Business Consultant to strengthen our project team in Brussels. You will combine analytical thinking with a hands-on mindset and quickly take ownership of your work.

In this role you will support strategic and organisational topics, analyse complex information into clear insights, prepare high-quality analyses and presentations, and help with workshops and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within consulting, financial services, strategy, transformation or organisational change.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and an excellent professional knowledge of English.
• Experience with Target Operating Models is a plus.
• Experience within Capital Markets is a plus.
