threon in Brussels is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to guide clients through complex challenges, aligning initiatives with strategic objectives and delivering tangible impact. Depending on experience, you will balance hands‑on delivery with strategic advisory roles, always close to the client.

You will help clients optimize project, program and portfolio management, translate strategy into execution, and support decisions that drive on‑time, on‑budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 - 15 years of experience with Project, Program and/or Portfolio Management.
• Experience as a consultant is a plus.
• Strong soft skills and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to work from client sites within reasonable distance.
• Fluent in French and English, with Dutch skills preferred.

Depending on your experience, you will take on more hands‑on delivery responsibilities or evolve towards a more strategic, advisory and coaching role, always close to the client.

Who are we looking for?

• Fluent French and English, and being able to comfortably express yourself in Dutch.
• You have 5 - 15 years of experience with Project, Program and/or Portfolio Management. Worked as a consultant before? That’s a plus!
• You possess strong soft skills such as stakeholder management, communication skills and can adapt to various client working environments
• You are willing to work from our clients’ sites (within reasonable distance)
• You don’t think in boxes but think along with the client and are willing to adapt your work when needed
