MEERAB GROUP is seeking a seasoned PMO & Portfolio Management professional to lead the Technology Center's portfolio, governance, and operating model design from its Brussels office. The role involves coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives, developing KPIs, and delivering structured reporting and executive summaries.

You will shape the PMO practices, ensure capacity planning, and drive continuous improvement across departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of professional experience.
• Significant experience in an Enterprise PMO and/or Transformation PMO environment.
• Demonstrated experience in portfolio management.
• Experience in governance and organizational structuring.
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and consolidate the Technology Center's portfolio of projects and initiatives, including roadmap monitoring.
• Ensure an overall view of ongoing and upcoming projects and initiatives.
• Structure prioritization and arbitration mechanisms.
• Develop and establish initiative selection criteria.
• Contribute to capacity planning exercises.
• Prepare management arbitration and decision-making.
• Ensure follow-up of decisions and action plans.
• Design and implement PMO practices within the Technology Center.
• Produce consolidated Technology Center project portfolio and KPI dashboards.
• Organize portfolio reviews and executive summaries to support decision making.
