BNP Paribas Fortis is seeking a Senior Project Support Officer to assist the Lead Program Manager in a strategic Data Transformation Program. You will organize governance bodies, prepare dashboards, and coordinate multiple streams, practices and senior stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in PMO governance, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with data/reporting programs in regulated environments. You will work with senior management and support consolidation of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of PMO or governance experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language (Dutch and/or French).
• Highly structured and detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and reporting-focused.
• Experience working with senior management and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting large programs or strategic initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Support program management and governance.
• Organize governance bodies and steering committees.
• Coordinate program reviews and meetings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials and minutes.
• Maintain program roadmap and consolidation of initiative planning.
• Produce management reporting and steering packages.
• Ensure reporting standards and governance artefacts.
