Mobile Vikings nv is seeking a Partner & Performance Lead to own the relationship and performance with our external customer service partner. You will manage contracts, SLAs, and financials while ensuring high-quality service and strong collaboration.

The role requires bridging internal teams with the partner and turning data into actionable improvement plans. You will lead routine reviews, monitor KPIs like Quality and CSAT, and travel quarterly to partner sites in Ghent and Meknes to keep

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Operations, BPO/Vendor Management, or Performance Management.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into decisions.
Ability to drive projects and deliver results with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across internal and external partners.

Responsabilités

Own the Partner Relationship & Performance with the external customer service partner.
Manage the contractual dimension: SLA commitments, financial follow-ups, contract changes.
Be the primary contact for the external partner and foster a transparent, trusted relationship.
Lead daily check-ins, weekly syncs, and monthly business reviews with KPI tracking.
Translate data into concrete improvement plans and ensure follow-through.
Visit partner sites quarterly to maintain alignment and connections.
