The candidate will translate physician insights into actionable plans, lead executive discussions, and ensure follow-through on regional CMSO commitments, conferences, and advisory boards.

Qualifications

• Clinical background with understanding of daily healthcare operations and lab procedures.
• Experience translating physician insights into strategic plans.
• Ability to connect internal teams with external stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Shape and advance strategic initiatives across the global EP organization.
• Translate priorities into clear actions, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Provide strategic counsel on clinical matters based on practitioner interactions.
• Lead preparation for executive discussions, leadership meetings, and reviews.
• Ensure CMSO commitments progress and align with organizational objectives.
• Plan pre-conference strategy and engage senior leadership meetings for key conferences.
• Coordinate advisory boards; translate outputs into actionable insights.
• Prepare field visit materials and track follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and timely execution of CMSO inputs.
• Support business development discussions with clinical and physician insights.
• Align MSL activities to CMSO strategy and ensure compliant engagement.
