Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Strategy and Enterprise Agreement management
• 8+ years of expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• 8+ years of experience in Operating Model Design and organizational architecture
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Licensing mechanisms, including M365, Power Platform, Copilot, and LTSC
• Significant experience in public procurement, including drafting RFI/RFP documents and tender analysis
• Strong vision for Digital Workplace services and their integration into enterprise architecture
• Advanced negotiation skills for vendor management and contract governance
• Fluent in Dutch or French with professional working proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Manage the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement across all dimensions, including true-ups, renewals, and license optimization for M365 and Power Platform
• Lead contractual relationship and performance management of digital workplace partners through SLA monitoring and roadmap alignment
• Drive renewal of digital workplace service markets by drafting specifications and analyzing RFI/RFP responses
• Define and implement processes, tooling, and governance for SAM/HAM
• Support design of the target operating model for the I&O department by mapping processes and analyzing organizational impacts
• Provide expert reporting to management regarding financial tracking and licensing compliance
