• Manage the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement across all dimensions, including true-ups, renewals, and license optimization for M365 and Power Platform.
• Lead the contractual relationship and performance management of digital workplace partners through SLA monitoring and roadmap alignment.
• Drive the renewal of digital workplace service markets by drafting specifications and analyzing RFI/RFP responses.
• Define and implement the processes, tooling, and governance for Software and Hardware Asset Management (SAM/HAM).
• Support the design of the target operating model for the I&O department by mapping processes and analyzing organizational impacts.
• Provide expert reporting to management regarding financial tracking and licensing compliance.
