Hitachi Rail S.p.A. is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain professional in Brussels to oversee the integrated maintenance project plan, procurement, and logistics coordination. You will work with engineering and maintenance managers to secure SLAs, manage spare parts, and ensure timely delivery of materials and repairs.

The role requires strong experience in supply chain management, procurement processes, and ERP systems, with attention to stock control and international logistics where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in defining and coordinating supply chain inputs for maintenance projects.
• Strong procurement process knowledge including SLAs and supplier quotes.
• Ability to manage logistics and inventory reporting for project teams.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Maximo) is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Submit all Supply Chain inputs required to define the Integrated Maintenances Project Plan.
• Coordinate material delivery and repairs per project plan with stakeholders.
• Distribute Logistics Plan & Inventory Report to project teams.
• Develop procurement activities including SLAs and PTS with Engineering & Maintenances Managers.
• Oversee procurement, delivery sequences, and stock availability for maintenance plans.
• Ensure on-time delivery of placed orders and manage import/export and custom clearances.
