Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Geel, Belgium, seeks a Director MTO Operational Excellence to shape site strategies, programs and roadmaps for long-term vision. As a senior leader, you will implement continuous improvement, drive governance, and manage project portfolios to maximize value and mitigate risks.

You will lead JJPS processes, deploy major OPEX initiatives, and guide capability building while reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Lean/CI certification required (e.g., Master Black Belt or Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt).
• Project management certification (FPX/PMP) preferred.
• Experience deploying JJPS/Production systems and RCPS.

Responsabilités

• Leads JJPS/Operational Excellence and Culture of Excellence at the site.
• Maps value streams and drives reliability improvements for strategic brands.
• DRI for CIP pipeline—site targets, annual planning, portfolio management in Planisware, site KPIs.
• Ensures site performance cadence and prepares external reporting decks.
• Leads deployment of OPEX initiatives like Smart Change Over, OEE, etc.
• Builds capabilities: training for YB/GB/BBs; coaching for project mgmt and Lean/Six Sigma.
