PwC Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager in Strategy & Operations with a focus on Supply Chain Manufacturing for Pharma & Life Sciences. You will tackle planning, logistics, manufacturing and quality improvements, collaborating with project teams to apply PwC best practices and new technologies.

You will deliver high-quality client results, develop relationships, and contribute to thought leadership while mentoring junior staff. Fluency in English plus Dutch and/or French is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent and strong academic record.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharma, Biotech or Medical Device industries.
• Experience implementing digital applications in pharma (MES/LIMS/ELN, data platforms) is a plus.
• Familiar with GMP and validation processes for digital applications is a plus.
• Experience with continuous improvement or operational excellence is a plus.
• Previous consulting experience is a plus.
• Ability to combine technical knowledge with consulting skills (PM, presentation, communication).
• Client-centric mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
