Spektrum Labs, Inc. supports NATO, NCIA and allied organizations by delivering expert advisory services, secure IT/defense solutions, and program management capabilities.

The team focuses on ensuring secure, reliable and compliant operations across complex government and defense projects from Brussels and nearby NATO sites. The role involves monitoring service levels, coordinating with stakeholders, and translating KPI needs into actionable reporting.

Formación

• Experience in Service Design, Transition and Operation with proven track record.
• Experience in Projects/Programmes/Services management lifecycle.
• Experience in resource management and planning across an organization.
• Excellent oral and written communication with strong briefing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and analytical problem-solving ability.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor end-to-end service delivery and ensure value delivery.
• Communicate with Service Delivery Managers, Customers, Account Managers and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to SLA preparation and negotiations and KPI development.
• Translate KPI requirements into technical terms for automated reporting.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders and ensure KPI monitoring and reporting.
