Euroclear is seeking a very senior IT Programme Manager to lead the restart of the Cash Modernisation initiative at its Group Business Solutions division in Brussels. You will mobilise governance, teams and delivery rhythms to modernise core cash processing and ISO 20022 migration, coordinating business, technology, security and vendors in a regulated environment.

You will engage senior stakeholders, shape the delivery model and drive execution across multiple interdependent workstreams,

Qualifications

Proven experience setting up and leading large-scale, multi-year IT transformation programmes in complex, regulated environments.
Strong background in payments, cash management or financial market infrastructure domains.
Ability to engage executives and align diverse business and technology teams.

Responsabilités

Mobilise the Cash Modernisation programme from restart, including organisation, governance and delivery rhythm.
Define roles, decision forums, reporting and escalation paths across business, IT and operations.
Translate strategy into an integrated programme roadmap with milestones and dependencies.
Lead project managers, squads and vendors to drive coherent execution and delivery momentum.
Manage scope, budget, risks, issues and executive reporting with strong delivery discipline.
Balance strategic aims with operational risk and regulatory requirements.
