MindWave is building a community of experts in a transparent, human and forward-thinking environment. We are looking for a Contract & Vendor Manager to join the Procurement, Contract and Vendor Management team within IT.

You will manage complex IT procurement projects end-to-end, define strategies, lead requirement definition with internal SMEs, govern multiple contracts, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and negotiate high‑level terms to secure continuity, value and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex IT procurement projects end-to-end.
• Define procurement strategies aligned with digital roadmap.
• Lead requirements definitions with internal SMEs and craft technical specifications.
• Govern the procurement process in multi-vendor environments, including evaluation governance and negotiations.
• Monitor SLAs/KPIs, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure continuity and value creation.
• Partner with management to challenge requirements and guide strategic IT decisions.
