Jobat is seeking a Demand Planning and Production Scheduling Specialist for a globally recognised industrial manufacturing organisation. You will manage demand planning, production scheduling and inventory, translating sales requirements into effective production plans and ensuring material availability.

You will monitor stock levels and proactively resolve bottlenecks to support on-time delivery. You will analyse supply chain performance using KPIs, coordinate logistics and international flows,

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning and MRP processes.
• Strong forecasting and inventory management skills.
• Ability to analyse KPIs and translate data into actions.

Responsabilités

• Manage demand planning, production scheduling and inventory levels for raw materials and semi-finished goods.
• Translate sales requirements and production capacity into effective production plans and MRP requirements.
• Monitor stock levels, warehouse capacity and material availability while proactively resolving supply bottlenecks.
• Analyse supply chain performance through KPIs, reporting and management information.
• Coordinate logistics activities, intercompany shipments and international supply flows.
• Develop relationships with suppliers, logistics providers and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
• Lead and coach a team of three direct reports while driving continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives.
