IKEA is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist (Fulfilment Integration Specialist) in Vlaams-Brabant, Belgium. The role focuses on applying retail and logistics know-how to improve operations, stock management, and forecasting in collaboration with commercial partners.

The candidate should understand local customer needs, KPIs, and leverage IT systems to drive efficient fulfilment. A proactive, service-oriented approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of retail and/or logistics processes, tools and working methods.
• Good understanding of the customer’s needs, demands and expectations in the local market.
• Good knowledge of KPIs used for success measures for own function.
• Good knowledge of relevant IT systems/solutions/tools.
• Ability to communicate in English and the local language NL/FR.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to planning and execution of Commercial activation, local, country, and global.
• Supporting Operational Forecasting in the unit with partners, monitoring deviations and ensuring high-quality forecasts.
• Ensuring correct range management in the unit by proactive monitoring and actions.
• Securing accurate stock levels through proactive monitoring and actions.
• Working to optimize stock structure, reduce avoidable stock, and improve capacity utilization and cost.
