Job summary

Huxley is seeking an Infrastructure RFP & Services Lead to drive a major transformation initiative in a large enterprise. You will lead an end-to-end infrastructure services RFP, align stakeholders, and shape the future delivery model across IT and OT domains.

The role blends infrastructure operations expertise with governance, vendor management, and sourcing strategy, operating in a 24/7 hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Infrastructure governance and vendor management experience.
• RFP leadership and strategic sourcing capabilities.
• DevOps, Cloud, and IaC familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own the preparation, design, and delivery of a major infrastructure services RFP.
• Gather requirements from technical and business stakeholders.
• Define the future service scope, responsibilities, service levels, and governance framework.
• Conduct market assessments and support vendor evaluation and selection activities.
• Coordinate stakeholders throughout the sourcing process and support transition planning.
• Review the current managed services model and identify improvement opportunities across infrastructure operations, governance, and service quality.
• Bridge infrastructure teams, service providers, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment.
• Support service delivery governance and performance reviews.
• Drive the transformation toward DevOps, automation, and standardized processes.
