Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior transformation portfolio lead to govern changes to structures, processes and IT systems. You will coordinate IT teams, business sponsors and executives, delivering reliable portfolio information to support decision making.

You will prepare steering committee meetings, track progress, consolidate budgets and manage roadmaps, risks and dependencies. Your ability to translate complex programmes into actionable insights will shape successful transformation across the

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PMO, programme management, portfolio management or transformation.
• Master's degree in management, engineering or equivalent.
• Programme and transformation portfolio management using PMBOK and Agile.
• Budget consolidation, integrated planning and reporting using BI, MS Office and MS-Project.
• Ability to assess and structure organisational impacts of transformation programmes.
• Systems thinking and the ability to connect multiple workstreams.
• Strong analysis, synthesis and structuring skills.
• Structured communication that turns complex issues into operational decisions.
• Diplomacy and influence across IT, business, sponsors and senior management.
• French, native.
