Zusammenfassung

ING Belgium is seeking a Financial Risk Specialist within the ICAAP Analytics team to advance risk appetite, risk assessment and stress testing. You will contribute to defining ING's strategic objectives by providing proactive risk advice to unlock business potential.

In this role you will support solvency risk management, perform EC forecasting and stress testing, translate results into management insights and collaborate with Group Treasury/Capital Management.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Economics or Finance with relevant risk management experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Economic Capital in banking/financial services, including EC calculation, forecasting, planning, reporting or stress testing.
• Proven ability to perform multi-year EC forecasting and to identify drivers and deviations.
• Experience in EC stress testing, scenario translation and capital-adequacy interpretation.
• Willingness to learn, explore new ways of working and automation.
• Data-minded; SAS EG or credit reporting software is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support ING's strategic ambitions by proactively managing risk appetite on Solvency risk.
• Conduct identification and assessment of risks and ensure they are acted on.
• Assist with capital optimization, assess business plans against solvency risk appetite and perform scenario analyses.
• Assess impact of regulations (CRR3) and explain regulatory capital to Economic Capital perspective.
• Contribute to ICAAP and work with Group Treasury/Capital Management.
• Forecast Economic Capital over planning horizon and translate results to insights.
• Design, execute and challenge EC stress testing and translate results into management actions.
• Yearly recalibration of solvency risk appetite and allocation to risk types.
