IRCA Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR policies and initiatives across its Netherlands and Belgium locations, including Tilburg, Heerhugowaard, and the Belgian sites in Kessel and Meer. You will align HR practices with the Group and support business growth.

You will partner with Plant Managers to drive talent management, payroll oversight, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance, while fostering a safe, inclusive, high-performing workplace across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, business admin, psychology, economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles.
• Dutch/Flemish and English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and HR processes.
• Experience with recruitment, talent management, performance and compensation management.
• Familiarity with payroll processes (ADP) and HRIS.

Responsabilités

• Advise Plant Managers and line managers on HR-related matters.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Group standards.
• Oversee HR budgets and salary review processes.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch and Belgian employment law.
• Manage recruitment and relations with temporary agencies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports with key KPIs.
