Jobtailor seeks a qualified Labour Relations Legal Counsel in Belgium to serve as the primary legal contact for NMBS/SNCB employees, based in Brussels.

You will provide well-founded legal analyses, draft and harmonize internal regulations, monitor legislative developments, and liaise with external counsel. You will collaborate with the Legal & Knowledge teams to optimize processes and share knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Law, Labour Sciences, or Economics with a social orientation.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in social/labour relations.
• Strong knowledge of the Office suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Good command of Dutch (B2 level).

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary legal contact for career-related matters concerning NMBS/SNCB employees.
• Provide well-founded legal analyses and opinions.
• Draft and harmonize internal regulations.
• Monitor legislative and case-law developments.
• Act as liaison with external counsel.
• Collaborate with Legal & Knowledge teams.
• Participate in optimization projects within your area of expertise.
• Contribute to the creation and sharing of knowledge.
