COREcruitment seeks an F&B Director to lead a high-profile Brussels destination. You’ll partner with the General Manager, Ownership, and regional teams to drive the critical path and ensure a successful pre-opening with impactful launches.

You’ll oversee multiple outlets, budgets, marketing plans and capital expenditure, while shaping the nightlife programming and partnerships that define the guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as F&B Director or F&B Manager in a large hotel or similar lifestyle venue.
• Strong operator with a solid F&B background; pragmatic and creative.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to lead a large diverse team.

Responsabilités

• Lead pre-opening strategy, critical path planning, and on-time delivery for F&B outlets.
• Own F&B revenue generation, labour productivity, and cost control within budgets.
• Develop new F&B concepts and hotel programming, nightlife and events partnerships.
• Maintain standards with outlets staged to optimise guest experience.
• Host guests at meet-and-greets and events; manage casino and nightlife programming.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure strong teamwork and culture.
