Esri Belux is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to lead growth of our GIS solutions in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will drive business development, build strong client relationships and position Esri's GIS platform as the go-to solution for organisations seeking to unlock spatial data value.
You will act as a thought leader, build a GIS community, and work with cross-functional teams to translate client challenges into concrete GIS solutions while staying current on industry
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in IT solutions.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage full sales cycle.
- Ability to translate business needs into GIS solutions.
- Strong consultative selling, relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- Analytical, structured, and able to work across teams.
Responsabilités
- Develop the GIS market in Belgium and Luxembourg and build a strategic plan.
- Identify opportunities, generate leads and close deals.
- Act as consulting partner to clients, translating challenges into GIS solutions.
- Align customer needs with GIS capabilities and demonstrate value.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and guide projects end-to-end.
