Job summary

Esri Belux is seeking a seasoned GIS/IT consultant to lead client engagements and drive strategy using Esri technology. You will deploy ArcGIS solutions across a broad client base in both public and private sectors, while coaching teams and sharing knowledge within an international Esri network.

You bring 5–10 years of consultancy experience, a master’s degree in a relevant field, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

• 5–10 years of consultancy experience with GIS/IT background.
• Master’s degree in (commercial) engineering, geography, bio-engineering or similar.
• Customer and result oriented.
• Communicative and commercial attitude.
• Analytically strong and structured in approach.

• Enjoys a dynamic, fast-moving international environment with lots of variety.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients in strategy to improve processes and business with Esri technology and best practices.
• Deploy ArcGIS technology across projects, pre-sales, analyses and support.
• Support clients through training, consultancy and coaching on diverse projects.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Esri software within the international Esri network.
• Collaborate with colleagues and reinforce each other’s knowledge.
• Grow within the company and serve as a beacon for new colleagues.

• Leading clients in their strategy to improve their processes and their business with Esri technology and best practices, based on your experience
• Deploying the latest ArcGIS technology throughout projects, pre-sales processes, business analyses and support, for our broad range of public and private clients
• Supporting clients through training, consultancy and coaching assignments on challenging and varied projects
• Continuously developing your knowledge of our software through the international network of colleagues within the Esri family, of the integration of these technologies in the processes and architecture of the client, and of the evolutions in the market
• Working together with your colleagues and reinforcing each other’s knowledge
• Continuing to grow, and serving as a beacon and a leader for new colleagues

WHAT IS YOUR STORY?

• 5 to 10 years of experience in consultancy, with a solid background in GIS and/or IT
