Job summary

GROHE Belgium invites an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team in Zaventem. You will be a strategic partner to local management, driving financial performance, challenging outputs and shaping the commercial agenda.

You’ll collaborate across Western Europe and the Centre of Excellence, bringing strong P&L ownership, forecasting discipline and governance. Fluent in French, Dutch and English; SAP and Google Workspace experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales control or similar role.
• Strong experience in sales, pricing and strategy.
• Experience managing a full P&L.
• Experience in international/matrix organisations.
• Proven analytical, structured and solution-oriented thinking.
• Ability to present complex financial topics clearly.
• Experience with SAP and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of SOX or J-SOX (preferred).
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the local management team and drive the commercial and financial agenda for the Belgium business.
• Drive financial performance, transparency, forecast accuracy, and governance processes.
• Provide analytical, financial and business support to inform decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and actual reporting activities.
• Develop understanding of the business and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Lead finance and business improvement projects and co-ordinate audits.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Western Europe finance and Centre of Excellence.
