Flamant, a leading Belgian premium interior and lifestyle brand, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead and optimise the financial operation, acting as a true business partner to management and supporting growth.

You will drive monthly closings, ensure accurate reporting, coach the accounting team and deliver actionable insights to support strategy in an entrepreneurial environment focused on quality and customer passion.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling or audit.
• Management experience is a strong asset.
• Excellent Dutch; good command of French.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
• Ensure timely, accurate and complete financial reporting.
• Coordinate audit processes with external auditors.
• Plan and monitor budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Coach and develop the accounting team and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and business cases to support decisions.
