Desmet is seeking a Financial Controller for the EMASA Hub to provide strategic financial leadership across Belgium, Argentina, Brazil, and South Africa. You will partner with the Managing Director, consolidate reporting, and drive improvements in controls and processes.

This senior role requires 10+ years of experience, a master's in accounting or finance, and a track record of leading diverse teams. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential; D365 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
• 10+ years of financial leadership experience.
• Experience with modern financial software and controls.
• Proven people management experience across teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead all finance and accounting operations for the EMASA Hub.
• Advise the EMASA management team and Managing Director.
• Lead, coach and develop local controllers and accounting team.
• Consolidate affiliate data, ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
• Improve finance systems, internal controls and treasury oversight.
