Job summary

Colruyt Group is seeking an Enterprise Business Architect/Strategy Consultant to define and govern strategic transformations at group level. You will shape the target operating model and balance autonomy with synergies, translating strategy into a roadmap and delivering architecture-driven decisions.

Working in a duo with Enterprise IT Architects and Transformation Managers, you will lead governance, organize reviews, and ensure alignment between business architecture and IT across programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern strategic transformations at group level.
• Shape the target operating model based on business capabilities.
• Translate strategy into a roadmap of changes and manage implementation with the program team.
• Collaborate in a core team with roles like Transformation Manager, Business Architect, and IT Architect to ensure balanced roadmaps.
• Monitor dependencies with other strategic roadmaps and adjust as needed.
