Job summary

Collibra is seeking a Director of Security Assurance & Trust to bridge field teams and customers, shaping security initiatives with Sales, Product, and Engineering. You will be the public persona for Collibra’s security posture, roadmap, and philosophy, engaging with executives, regulators, and important customers.

Qualifications

• Strategic security advisor with deep cybersecurity expertise.
• Proven track record consulting with senior leadership and enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communications; comfortable presenting to stakeholders.
• Experience establishing standards and managing complex projects.
• Understanding of customer business cases, physical infrastructure, and information assurance.

Responsibilities

• Act as Strategic Advisor to Sales, combining cybersecurity expertise with customer engagement.
• Articulate and own the security narrative to drive sales.
• Lead customer-facing security initiatives and represent Collibra’s security posture externally.
• Collaborate with internal leaders to translate customer requirements into security objectives.
• Analyze customer needs to allocate Field Security resources effectively.
• Develop and execute complex project plans to deliver critical security outcomes.
• Evolve security structures and controls to be scalable and resilient.
• Engage stakeholders to guide security decision-making.
