Editx in Belgium is seeking a senior Change & Adoption professional to lead end-to-end digitalization change efforts from preparation through aftercare. You will coordinate multiple projects, develop action plans, and align stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions across the organization.

The role requires running workshops, guiding ambassador networks, and measuring impact to sustain adoption of new processes and technologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end change implementations from preparation through to aftercare for complex digitalization projects.
• Support multiple simultaneous projects and initiatives to ensure cohesive change management across the organization.
• Develop comprehensive change action plans including communications, events, training programs, and impact measurements.
• Align diverse stakeholders within complex environments to ensure buy-in and smooth transitions.
• Facilitate workshops and guide ambassador or SPOC networks to foster engagement and adoption.
