Job summary

BEA Sensors is seeking a Digital Services & Data Insights Manager to shape and grow BEA Europe’s digital ecosystem and data capabilities. You will lead the roadmap, develop platforms and monetization concepts, and collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing and Technical Support to deliver measurable business value.

You will drive customer enablement, adoption and insights while building scalable services and content.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Business, Marketing or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in Digital Services, Digital Product Management, Customer Experience, Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation or related functions.
Experience in developing digital platforms, customer-facing solutions, data-driven business tools, connected services or digital business models.
Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the Digital Services & Data Insights roadmap with priorities and measurable business value.
Develop BEA’s digital ecosystem by structuring tools, platforms, services and content for consistent customer experience.
Improve customer enablement and product adoption with scalable training, tools and content.
Prepare future digital services and monetization models like connected services and Product-as-a-Platform.
Develop Data & Insights by linking product, installation, customer, market and internal data to drive decisions.
Create dashboards and BI tools to support sales, product and technical decisions.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, IT, EU leadership and partners.
Build and develop the Digital Services & Data Insights function across BEA Europe.
