Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Commercial Data Governance Lead for the EMEA region covering Surgery and Electrophysiology. You will build and sustain trust in commercial data across markets, lead governance forums, and ensure data quality and policy adherence.

The role reports to the Data Strategy & Capability Leader and requires strong communication, multi-country coordination, and healthcare data experience. This senior analyst role emphasizes practical business enablement through governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 4+ years data-focused experience.
• Proven track record in data governance and data quality monitoring.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, pricing, or master data environments is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Operationalize and maintain the end-to-end data governance framework across the EMEA region.
• Own the governance calendar: schedule, prepare, host, and facilitate data governance forums.
• Coordinate Data Stewards and Administrators across the region.
• Own core governance artefacts: glossaries, data dictionaries, lineage documentation, ownership registers, retention schedules.
• Monitor adherence to data quality standards and drive root-cause analysis.
• Ensure governance requirements are reflected in system designs and data models.
• Act as the central connector across a diverse stakeholder landscape.
• Surface patterns and improvements for governance strategy.
