Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Commercial Data Governance Lead for the EMEA region spanning Surgery and Electrophysiology. You will own the governance framework, drive data quality, and coordinate Data Stewards across markets to enable trusted, data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in a data‑focused role within a commercial environment.
• Proven track record in data governance and data quality.
• Hands‑on experience with data quality standards and preventive controls.
• Exposure to ERP/CRM or master data environments is a plus.
• Experience coordinating Data Stewards/Administrators across regions.

Responsabilités

• Operationalize and maintain end‑to‑end data governance across all commercial data domains in the EMEA region.
• Own the governance calendar; host forums and document decisions/actions to closure.
• Coordinate Data Stewards and Administrators across markets and domains.
• Maintain core governance artefacts: glossaries, data dictionaries, lineage docs, ownership registers.
• Monitor governance adherence and drive root‑cause improvements.
• Ensure governance is integrated in system designs and change control processes.
• Lead across a diverse stakeholder landscape with clear, credible communication.
• Surface patterns and opportunities to evolve governance strategy.
