Johnson & Johnson seeks a Commercial Data Governance Lead for the EMEA region in Surgery & Electrophysiology. You will own end-to-end governance of critical commercial data domains and partner with cross-country stakeholders to embed governance in ways of working.

Fluent English, 4+ years in data governance, and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential. This role offers high visibility and a path to broader data leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data science, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in a data-focused role within a commercial environment.
• Proven track record in data governance and data quality initiatives.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM and master data environments is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Operationalize end-to-end data governance across critical commercial domains in the EMEA region.
• Own governance calendars, host governance forums, document decisions and actions.
• Coordinate Data Stewards and Administrators, align efforts with the framework.
• Maintain core artefacts: glossaries, data dictionaries, lineage, ownership, retention.
• Monitor governance adherence and drive root-cause resolution to prevent recurrence.
