ENTSO-E is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the rewards strategy in Brussels. You will manage a team, ensuring compliance with Belgian legislation while handling a €2M–€3M budget. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in the field, with strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills in English, alongside professional fluency in French or Dutch. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll.
• Deep understanding of Belgian Social Legislation and Union relations.
• Strong command of spoken and written English; fluency in French or Dutch required.

• Maintain and evolve a comprehensive Compensation and Benefits Strategy.
• Lead a specialised team and manage a €2M–€3M budget.
• Act as a key point of contact for employee representatives and unions.
