Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in marketing, communications or PR/public affairs.
• Minimum 2 years crafting strategic, results-driven campaigns.
• Experience with multinational, cross-functional teams and project management software.
• Proven ability to foster relationships across levels.

Responsabilités

• Develop clear messages aligning with Command priorities for defined audiences.
• Plan communications content for NATO leadership and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with SMEs, designers, videographers, and media teams to produce materials.
• Ensure messaging reflects Command voice and visual/editorial coherence.
• Support crisis communications with time-sensitive outputs and guidance.
• Provide communications support for events, launches, and initiatives.
• Monitor outputs, evaluate effectiveness, and report findings to leadership.
