VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o. seeks a DEMO TEAM MULTIMEDIA PROFESSIONAL to provide contractor support for the SMC Directorate in Brussels. The role covers planning and delivering photographic, video, and audio coverage for conferences, events, and official visits.

You will produce stills, video, audio, interviews, highlight reels, and multimedia packages for ACT digital channels, delivering same-day or next-day products when required.

Qualifications

• Proven planning and execution of photographic, video, and audio coverage.
• Experience in post-production: editing, color correction, audio enhancement.
• Ability to deliver same-day or next-day products under tight timelines.
• Experience managing multimedia files and archives.
• Understanding of quality control: branding, copyright, security.
• Operate and deploy professional multimedia equipment on-site and travel.

Responsabilités

• Planning, coordinating, and executing photographic, video, and audio coverage of ACT-promoted events and activities.
• Producing professional-quality still photography, video, audio, and multimedia packages for ACT channels and campaigns.
• Delivering same-day or next-day multimedia products when required for time-sensitive needs.
• Editing and formatting content: color correction, audio, graphics, captioning for multiple platforms.
• Organizing and preserving the corporate visual record for future retrieval.
• Coordinating with ACT/SEC Hub personnel to align with communication objectives.
• Ensuring products comply with NATO branding, security, and quality standards before delivery.
