ACCA Careers in Brussels is seeking a Strategic Change Analyst to join its Brussels office. The role focuses on defining and executing the strategic roadmap for the Life Insurance business unit, combining financial analysis, budgeting and governance with storytelling for senior management.

You will conduct business analyses, develop data-driven recommendations, and coordinate change initiatives across functions, while supporting the annual budgeting process and cost monitoring.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, project management, transformation or change management.
• Strong understanding of Life Insurance sector, including products, regulations and market dynamics.
• Experience supporting strategic planning, business transformation and roadmap execution.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, financial analysis and management reporting.
• Proven ability to create impactful presentations and deliver executive-level storytelling.
• Experience in process improvement and cross-functional project coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across multiple functions.
• Fluency in French/Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Define and monitor the Business Unit strategic roadmap.
• Translate strategic priorities into executive presentations and storytelling.
• Prepare presentations, reports and strategic updates for senior management and executive committees.
• Conduct business and strategic analyses to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
• Perform ad hoc studies on profitability, efficiency, organizational effectiveness and innovation.
• Develop recommendations and action plans based on data-driven insights.
• Contribute to the optimization and simplification of internal processes across the business unit.
• Coordinate and monitor strategic initiatives, transformation projects and change management activities.
• Support the annual budgeting process and oversee operating expenses.
• Prepare financial analyses, budget forecasts and management reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance on cost allocation, planning and performance monitoring.
• Act as key liaison between business stakeholders and Finance to align on financial objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in budgeting, reporting and governance processes.
