ACCA Careers is seeking a Strategic Change Analyst for a Brussels-based, leading international insurance company. The role focuses on shaping the unit's strategic roadmap and delivering data-driven insights to senior management.

You will translate strategy into executive storytelling, prepare budgets and management reporting, and oversee cross-functional transformation initiatives across life insurance, finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in strategy, consulting, or change management.
• Strong understanding of the Life Insurance sector.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting and transformation.

Responsabilités

• Define, structure and monitor the Business Unit strategic roadmap.
• Translate strategic priorities into communications and executive presentations.
• Prepare presentations, reports and strategic updates for senior management.
• Conduct business and strategic analyses to support decisions and growth.
• Perform ad hoc profitability, efficiency and transformation analyses.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and action plans.
• Contribute to optimization of internal processes across the unit.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives and change management activities.
• Support annual budgeting and monitor operating expenses.

To support the successful execution of its strategic ambitions, our client is currently looking for a Strategic Change Analyst to join its Brussels-based office.

Omschrijving

• Support the definition, structuring and monitoring of the Business Unit strategic roadmap
• Translate strategic priorities into compelling communication materials, executive presentations and impactful storytelling
• Prepare presentations, reports and strategic updates for senior management and executive committees
• Conduct business and strategic analyses to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities
• Perform ad hoc studies related to profitability, operational efficiency, organizational effectiveness and innovation
• Develop recommendations and action plans based on data-driven insights
• Contribute to the optimization and simplification of internal processes across the business unit
• Coordinate and monitor strategic initiatives, transformation projects and change management activities
• Support the annual budgeting process and oversee the monitoring of business unit operating expenses
• Prepare financial analyses, budget forecasts and management reporting
• Collaborate closely with Finance teams on cost allocation, financial planning and performance monitoring
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Finance to ensure alignment on financial objectives and priorities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within budgeting, reporting and governance processes

Profiel van kandidaat

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Insurance or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, project management, transformation or change management
• Strong understanding of the Life Insurance sector, including products, regulations and market dynamics
• Experience supporting strategic planning, business transformation and roadmap execution
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis and management reporting
• Proven ability to create impactful presentations and deliver effective executive-level storytelling
• Experience in process improvement and cross-functional project coordination
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple business functions
• Highly organized, autonomous and capable of challenging assumptions in a constructive manner
• Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear conclusions to management
• Fluency in French/Dutch and English, both written and spoken
