Our client in Brussels is seeking a Strategic Change Analyst to support the definition and monitoring of the Business Unit's strategic roadmap and to translate priorities into compelling executive materials. You will prepare presentations for senior management, conduct business analyses and contribute to budgeting, governance and performance reporting across the unit.

Collaborate with Finance, drive continuous improvement in budgeting processes and act as a liaison between business stakeholders

To support the successful execution of its strategic ambitions, our client is currently looking for a Strategic Change Analyst to join its Brussels-based office.

Jobomschrijving

• Support the definition, structuring and monitoring of the Business Unit strategic roadmap
• Translate strategic priorities into compelling communication materials, executive presentations and impactful storytelling
• Prepare presentations, reports and strategic updates for senior management and executive committees
• Conduct business and strategic analyses to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities
• Perform ad hoc studies related to profitability, operational efficiency, organizational effectiveness and innovation
• Develop recommendations and action plans based on data-driven insights
• Contribute to the optimization and simplification of internal processes across the business unit
• Coordinate and monitor strategic initiatives, transformation projects and change management activities
• Support the annual budgeting process and oversee the monitoring of business unit operating expenses
• Prepare financial analyses, budget forecasts and management reporting
• Collaborate closely with Finance teams on cost allocation, financial planning and performance monitoring
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Finance to ensure alignment on financial objectives and priorities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within budgeting, reporting and governance processes
