Raffinerie Tirlemontoise (Tiense Suikerraffinaderij) in Belgium seeks a skilled Business Controller to partner with operations, sales and other departments. You will focus on cost and margin analyses for sugar production and drive improvements in financial reporting tools and dashboards.

You will join a team supporting six factories, ensuring cost-efficient performance and accurate reporting across budgeting, forecasts and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in business/operational controlling or analyst role.
• Strong IT tool affinity: Excel with pivot tables essential.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards with modern toolset.
• Knowledge of SAP FiCo / SAP BI is a plus.
• Fluent Dutch and English; good level of French.
• Hands-on, proactive, solution-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Develop automatic cost analyses and dashboards.
• Provide value through recommendations and KPI tracking across processes.
• Support monthly and yearly closings and the forecasting process.
• Collaborate with the Director Controlling and Südzucker Group.
