Tiense Suikerraffinaderij in Belgium seeks a Business Controller to partner with operations, sales and other departments. You develop cost analyses and dashboards, link data to budgets and forecasts, and monitor KPI across the manufacturing and packaging of sugar products.

You will support monthly closings and the annual forecast, report to the Director Controlling, and collaborate with Südzucker Group colleagues. The role offers autonomy, a modern manufacturing setting and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in economics or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business/operational controlling or an analyst function.
• Strong IT skills with modern reporting tools; SAP FiCo / SAP BI knowledge an asset.
• Excellent Dutch and English; good French will help.

Responsabilités

• Develop automatic cost analyses and dashboards.
• Provide recommendations to enable well-founded business decisions; maintain budgets, forecasts, KPIs.
• Follow up on cost targets and monitor cost efficiencies across the value chain.
