Raffinerie Tirlemontoise in Belgium is seeking a Business Controller to partner with operations, sales and other departments. You will develop cost analyses and dashboards, manage budgets and forecasts, and monitor cost efficiencies along the value chain.

You will play an active role in monthly and yearly closings, and report to the Director Controlling. Requirements include a Master’s in economics, 5+ years in controlling or analytics, advanced Excel (pivot tables) and SAP FiCo / SAP BI, plus

Qualifications

• Master's Degree (economics) or equivalent.
• ≥5 years of experience in business/operational controlling or an analyst function.
• Strong affinity with IT tools; Excel with pivot tables is essential.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards with modern tool sets is required.
• Knowledge of SAP FiCo / SAP BI is an asset.
• Excellent Dutch and English; good French.
• Strong business analytics and accounting understanding.
• Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Develop automatic and user-friendly cost analyses and dashboards.
• Create added value by making recommendations and enabling well-founded business decisions; manage budgets, forecasts, cost targets, KPIs and monitor cost efficiencies across the value chain.
• Play an active role in monthly and yearly closings and the regular forecasting process.
• Report to the Director Controlling and collaborate with Südzucker Group colleagues.
