AlmavivA de Belgique is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to align business needs with IT solutions in a Brussels-based team. You will elicit, validate, and document requirements, translate them into BRDs and user stories, and support acceptance testing with clear criteria.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions, map current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure traceability of deliverables while communicating in multilingual settings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering BRDs, FSDs, and user stories.
• Ability to create acceptance criteria and support UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate business context, drivers, and outcomes to align with strategy.
• Elicit, validate, and document business needs with traceability.
• Assess current/target models to identify value streams and impacts.
• Map processes to spot inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Translate requirements into a business case, As-Is vs To-Be, Fit-Gap.
• Create workflows with standard notations to aid design.
• Compare current vs desired states to identify capability gaps.
• Convert requirements into functional specs guiding solution design.
• Identify and document risks with mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to governance and strategy documents (BRDs, visions, charters).
• Develop deliverables like BRDs, FSDs, and user stories with criteria.
• Define acceptance criteria; support test design and UAT.
• Maintain traceability and manage change requests throughout.
• Document non-functional requirements alongside functional ones.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among stakeholders.
